How quickly can I return an item?
Our returns procedure is simple and easy. If the product is unopened, in its original condition, and packaging, you may return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
You may also request a pickup service for returns or exchanges; additional charges will apply.

What if I receive an item with a manufacturing defect?
We sincerely apologize if you have received a product with a defect. Our Space Toys team works hard to ensure quality in every item.
Please contact our Customer Service team, and we will happily assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
What items are not eligible for return?
The following products cannot be returned:

CDs/DVDs

Clothing/footwear items without original packaging and tags

Personalized items

Products with extended delivery times

Items on sale

Electronic items where the original seal is broken

Items not in original condition or packaging
(e.g., sealed box or plastic packaging removed, torn, or damaged) -
Damaged items due to misuse or showing wear and tear, even if under warranty

Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed unless defective

Items requiring hygiene protection that must remain sealed from the manufacturer

Any additional exceptions mentioned in the product description
How long does the return or exchange process take?

Pickup is usually scheduled within 1–2 working days after you submit your request.

Replacement delivery takes 2–5 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Refunds are processed within 14 working days from the date your returned item is approved, according to Qatar regulations.
Where does Space Toys accept returns from?
Our return policy is applicable only for items delivered within Qatar.
We are unable to process purchases or returns for items delivered outside Qatar.
Please note that spacetoys.com will not accept returns during busy seasons (such as December and the month before Ramadan), unless the product has a manufacturing defect or missing parts.
