I’ve made a refund request but haven’t yet been refunded! Why?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Refunds may take up to 2–3 weeks to reflect on your bank card, depending on your issuing bank. If you need support, please contact our Customer Service Team.
How can I change my email, home address or password?
Simply log in to your Space Toys account, go to My Account or Shipping Address, update your details, and click Save.
Why is my order/item missing?
Oh no, you’re missing an item! We’re very sorry for this inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Service Team so we can assist you as soon as possible.
Why is my order incomplete?
If you received part of your order, it is likely due to the product availability at the time of packing. The remaining item(s) will be delivered as soon as they are ready. If you did not request split deliveries, please contact us for assistance.
What items are not eligible for a return?
At Space Toys, we take special care to ensure every product is of great quality. Items damaged due to misuse, opened products, or products without original packaging may not be eligible for return. If you receive a damaged item, please fill out our Returns Form and we will assist you at the earliest.
What does my order status mean?
Processing means your order has been confirmed and is being prepared.
Shipped means your order has left our facility and is on the way.
Completed means your order has been delivered to your address.
Canceled means your order has been canceled by you or by us due to specific reasons.
On Hold means your order is paused, and our team will contact you for clarification.
Why do we display products that are out of stock?
We continue to show out-of-stock products so that customers can still view product details and purchase them later once they are back in stock. You can also choose to be notified when the product becomes available again.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification through SMS or email. You can also track it through My Account, or by contacting our Customer Service Team.
How much do you charge for shipping within Qatar?
Space Toys delivers across Qatar within 1–3 working days.
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight at checkout. Orders above QAR 200 qualify for free delivery.

Cash on Delivery may not apply for heavy or bulky items in outer areas.

An additional fee may apply for oversized shipments.
